Vanessa Valdovinos is the founder of VALDO Creative Consulting & Events, a change management and experience studio for organizations navigating growth, transition, and complexity.

With over 15 years of experience across technology implementation, organizational operations, marketing, experiential events, hospitality, and economic development, Vanessa brings a rare, systems-informed perspective shaped by how businesses actually operate—not just how they look on paper.

Her work sits at the intersection of change strategy, operations, and experience design. She helps organizations strengthen how work flows, how decisions are made, and how people stay aligned during moments of change. Whether a team is scaling, restructuring, launching a new initiative, or rethinking how they serve their community, Vanessa partners with leaders to bring clarity, cohesion, and momentum to the process.

Working from the inside out, Vanessa applies change management principles, Agile ways of working, and facilitation-led design to align people, processes, systems, and experiences.
